The objective of the course is for you to  gain ground an overview of both issues and practices related to the public administration. The course focuses on the traditions, environment, politics, and  means functions of public administration.     COURSE OUTCOMES    At the end of the course, student  testament have  present the ability to:      (1) describe the major theories and  topic of public administration      (2)  beg off and distinguish the  kindred between higher civil servants and  policy-making officials      (3) recognize the   functions of public administration, such as decision making, accountability, and  mental process     military rank in the public sector.  Reading Assignments:Students are expected to read the  hebdomadally assignments and to  take part actively in discussion.    2. Tutorial   lock:Each student will be expected to  act and contribute to the discussion, simulation, and debate during the tutorial session. There will be a total of FOUR tutorial sessions and students will be graded o   n their contribution in tutorial activities !   in the tutorials.        3. Case Memo:Each student will be expected to analyze FOUR cases and to discuss  separately of the cases in detail in class or on the Moodle   gathering (total 5% of the memo grade).   Each student will  also prepare a one-page written case memo for  to each one of the cases.
